Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and are in addition to the 1–2 week production time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or postal service delays.

Production Time

 

All pieces are handmade in Brunswick, Melbourne using 925 sterling silver and ethically sourced gemstones.

Each piece is made to order unless otherwise specified. Because of the handmade nature of our jewellery, please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Small variations may occur from piece to piece, which we believe adds to the uniqueness and character of every item.


Return & Exchange Policy

As each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

We are happy to consider exchanges if your piece truly isn’t the right fit for you. Exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and items must be returned in their original condition.

Please note that earrings are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to health and safety regulations.
